of the gross revenue of the sign-up and 50% on recurring charges. Checks are
issued weekly by our billing company ccBill.com. |

Checks are sent weekly, in full, for the commission you earned
over twenty five dollars. If your payouts are under twenty five dollars then
your payout will carry over to the next month. No pending transactions, no
estimates. We have never had a late payment. NO reserves are deducted

trademark(s) infringes on the rights of any third party; (b) the breach of any
promise, covenant, representation or warranty made by you herein; or (c) or any

All FinestMoney.com program benefits materials, including,
without limitation, all advertising banners, photographic materials,
recordings, video, sound, and any other form of intellectual property provided
to you by FinestModels.com as part of this program shall remain the property of
FinestModels.com and may not be copied or reproduced, altered, modified or
changed, broadcast, distributed, transmitted or disseminated, sold or offered
for sale in any manner, at any time anywhere in the world except as expressly
authorized by FinestModels.com in writing. |

If you
attempt to defraud our system by generating false or fraudulent hits or
sign-ups, you will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. We monitor all
hits and sign-ups to ensure they are not generated falsely. If you signup to a
paysite using your own linking code, we will consider your account to be fraud
and you will not be paid at all.
You are
free to generate traffic by any method that is not in violation of the terms
herein. Sending any hits from any URL's that contain and/or promote the
following content, programs or linking practices without the prior written
consent of the Administration will result in the IMMEDIATE cancellation of the
account from which the hits were sent and the forfeiture of any funds owed to
that account: child pornography, bestiality, warez, newsgroup postings, spam
e-mails, Mp3, unlicensed content or any other site we deem illegal. We do not
give second chance when dealing with webmasters who promote these kinds of
sites, and consider it a serious issue which only harms our
industry!

Rules on Promoting using opt-in email lists |
You may
ONLY advertise to DOUBLE OPT-IN lists. Should we receive any complaints from
individuals, ISP's, or SPAM watchdog groups, your account will be terminated
immediately, and you will not be paid, so make sure that if you decide to
advertise via mail lists, that they are authentic DOUBLE OPT-IN lists.
"Double Opt-In" means when you acquired the email address from the
surfer, you sent an email to that email address to confirm that it was indeed
them that submitted their email. The surfer would have clicked a link or sent a
reply stating they are ok with you sending the offers via their email address.
